“Castle in the Sky” – is a beautifully furnished and appointed 5,250 square foot brick Tudor home within Innsbruck Golf Community. The home has sufficient space and privacy to accommodate two families at a time. The home was occupied two years by the contractor who built it, and who took great pains to install the finest of wood cabinetry and molding, which could be found throughout the main level.

Most of the rooms have views, either of the 6,748 yard championship golf course out the back, or of the picturesque mountains, which may be seen from the front and sides.

Perhaps the most important feature of the home is its accessibility to the “Alpine Village” of Helen, and it quaint shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities, all which explode in activity during the summer months, Oktoberfest, and on into the holidays throughout to the end of the year. Once there signs of springtime in Helen, Georgia the season is on with lots of enthusiasm. Close by, within driving distance, you will find hiking, fishing, boating, rafting and tubing, in addition to the exercise, swimming, tennis, and golfing venues located within the community of Innsbruck. Finally, the charming towns of Hiawassee, Blairsville, and Clarkesville, along with the state borders of Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina can be reached within an hour.

• “Castle In The Sky” can be booked in conjunction with “A Walk In The Clouds” These two homes are on the same street only blocks apart – These two homes can accommodate up to 20-24 people between the two. We do have 5 other homes on our rental program nearby for larger groups up to 60 plus.
