Rates when booking online will not show your cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are added at the time of the confirmation letter and acceptance of your rental submission – 13% sales tax is applied to cleaning fees in the state of Georgia

21-Day cancellation period required
21-Day cancellation period is applied automatically if your reservation is made less than 21 days of arrival. You will lose your deposit is reservation is cancelled.
If reservation is made online a 50% deposit is automatically taken at the time if booking. Balance Due will be collected the day of check-In.
No outdoor Fire Pit on property (fire pits are not recommended for mountain top cabins)
Firewood not supplied with rental – Can be purchased at check-in or pre-ordered for delivery

Park the car and enjoy Cozzee Cottage, downtown Helen is only a block away! Betty’s country store, a Helen Landmark, is only 100’ away! The Chattahoochee River is less than 100’ away can be seen from the front porch. You are wandering distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy Helen’s activities and some of the many day trips to nearby attractions (a list of owners favorites are provided) white staying at Cozzee Cottage. Tube down the Chattahoochee River and visit the Water Parks. Play miniature golf and bring golf clubs and enjoy a number of the fantastic local courses. Local trout fishing is great- Fall foliage is spectacular! You are at the gateway to the mountains! Unicoi state park and the US Park Service’s Anna Ruby Falls are only minutes away. You may choose to stay and relax at the cottage and enjoy it’s comfort. Barbeque on the grill, watch football on our 32” TV or a movie (DVD and a number of great movies are provided). Sit on the front porch and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by and hear the sounds of the excited tubers floating down the Chattahoochee River across the street. Cozzee cottage is a great place to just come and relax.
The cottage is great for a family or two couples. Cozzee cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind!!
